Financial Planning for the Landfill Closure, Rehabilitation and End-Use

Envitech was appointed to undertake the financial planning for the New England Road Landfill Site to enable the Msunduzi Municipality to prepare financial budgets for the site closure and rehabilitation. The appointment included the topographical survey of the site to determine the remaining site life, review and update costs for the proposed end use of the site, estimating of the capping and closure costs, estimating of authorisation and monitoring costs, updating of drawings and design of the site end use.
